This Privacy Policy describes how Fire Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our Android applications and games (the “Apps”) and this website.
1. Our approach
We follow a privacy-by-design principle: we collect the minimum data needed to run our Apps and, wherever possible, our Apps work without an account. This policy explains what is collected, why, and the choices you have — including for advertising.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Support requests — if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Optional nicknames — some games let you choose a nickname for leaderboards. It can be any name and does not need to identify you.
Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data — device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and coarse region. Used for compatibility, diagnostics, and (where applicable) advertising.
- Crash & performance data — anonymized crash reports (device model, OS, app version, stack traces) to help us fix bugs.
- Advertising identifiers — where an App shows ads, our advertising partners may process your device’s advertising ID (e.g. Google Advertising ID) and related signals. See section 4.
- Approximate usage analytics — aggregate, non-identifying metrics such as installs and sessions.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Apps;
- diagnose and fix crashes and bugs;
- respond to your support requests;
- operate optional online features such as leaderboards and cloud save;
- display and measure advertising in Apps that are ad-supported;
- protect against fraud, abuse, and security issues.
4. Advertising
Some of our Apps are free and supported by advertising. In those Apps we use third-party advertising and mediation partners to serve and measure ads. These partners may collect and process your advertising identifier, IP address, and device and interaction data to deliver relevant ads and measure their performance.
Our advertising partners may include:
| Partner | Role | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| AppLovin (MAX mediation) | Ad mediation & serving | applovin.com/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Ad serving (mediated) | policies.google.com/technologies/ads |
Your choices: you can limit ad personalization or reset/delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where required by law, we (and our partners) request consent before processing data for personalized ads, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Apps that are not ad-supported do not load these advertising SDKs.
5. Third-party services
Besides the advertising partners above, our Apps may use:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play services | App distribution & licensing | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reporting | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Play Games services | Leaderboards, achievements, cloud save (opt-in) | policies.google.com/privacy |
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above, to operate the Apps, and where required by law. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
7. Data retention
Crash and diagnostic data is retained for up to 90 days. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request, up to 24 months. Leaderboard entries are kept until you delete them or request deletion. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.
8. Data deletion
You can request deletion of any data associated with you at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for step-by-step guidance.
9. Children’s privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad-supported Apps are not designed for children and are not enrolled in child-directed advertising programs. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS) and the Android platform’s sandboxing and encrypted storage — to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we minimize risk by collecting as little as possible.
11. International transfers
Some providers (Google, AppLovin) may process data in countries other than yours. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent frameworks.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. See our GDPR Compliance page and contact us to exercise any right.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “last reviewed” date above and, where appropriate, noted in the App.
