Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- Erasure — have your data deleted (Art. 17) — see Data Deletion Instructions;

4. Consent for advertising
In the EEA and UK, ad-supported Apps request your consent before processing personal data for personalized advertising, using a compliant consent mechanism. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the App’s settings or via your device’s ad settings.
5. International transfers
Some processors we use (see the Privacy Policy) may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data protection by design
We apply Art. 25 GDPR in practice: offline-first apps where possible, no accounts required, minimal SDK footprint, and anonymization of crash data at the source.
7. Data breaches
In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach that risks your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay, as required by Arts. 33–34.
