This page explains how to delete data associated with Fire Studio apps and games.
1. Data stored only on your device
Most data our apps create — settings, game progress, offline high scores — is stored only on your device. To delete it:
- Open Settings → Apps on your Android device.
- Select the app.
- Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage.
- Optionally uninstall the app.
This removes all locally stored data immediately and permanently. No request to us is needed.
2. Online data (leaderboards, cloud save)
If you opted in to online features, the following may be stored server-side: your nickname, scores, and cloud save data.
To delete it:
- In-app: open Settings → Privacy → Delete online data (where available); or
- By request: email fire.studio22@gmail.com with the subject line
Data Deletion Request, sent from the address you want us to associate with the request. Include the app name and, if known, your leaderboard nickname.
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Advertising data
For ad-supported apps, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which prevents further association of ad data with your device. Advertising partners handle deletion under their own policies (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Google-managed data
Data handled by Google Play (purchase history, Play Games profile) is controlled by Google, not us. You can manage it at myaccount.google.com or through Play Games settings.
5. Crash diagnostics
Anonymized crash reports cannot be linked back to you and expire automatically after 90 days; they are therefore not individually deletable.
6. What we keep
We may retain data we are legally required to keep (for example, records of a purchase dispute) for as long as the law requires, and nothing else.
